1. I've never ordered lanyards before. How do I start?

Don't worry. Please feel free to email us for a free quote on your artwork and then let us know the quantity of your order.

2. What is your minimum order requirement?

The required minimum order quantity for our lanyard is 50pcs. The quantity below the minimum quantity is subject to specific conditions. Please contact us case by case.

3. I have no artwork, can you help?

Yes, of course! We are happy to provide FREE artwork and design for every customer’s orders.

4. After I place my order, when will I receive my lanyards?

After receiving your bulk order and the approved artwork, the lead time is about one to four weeks. As for the normal delivery times, please refer to the proper items shown on our website. However, the delivery time of some orders may vary according to the order quantity, special design requirements or production mode.

5. What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?

Once the order has started production, no changes will be accepted. Any changes or cancellations will be charged for the fees incurred as per your request. If the order needs to be changed during production, it will be treated as a new order.

6. How should I supply my artwork to you?

We highly recommend you to provide the Illustrator or .eps vector artwork. And it’d appreciated if the words were transferred to curves/outlines. The files in .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp formats are also accepted. We strongly suggest you use the PMS Matching System colors in your artwork so as to show the color you need exactly.

7. Will I receive an artwork proof before you produce my lanyards?

Sure, we will send the artwork to you for approval before bulk production. We will not manufacture any lanyards until we receive your final approval for the artwork.

8. Do you offer a guarantee?

Prior to the production of your order, you may cancel anytime and are entitled to our money back* guarantee! Once your order is in production, has shipped and /or been delivered, we will not be able to cancel it and no refund will be given simply because the customer changed his/her mind. However, if the product has a defect when the customer receives it, we will either re-make your order FREE OF CHARGE or offer our customer and order discount based on a case-by-case basis (depending on the severity of the product defect and the number of defective products involved). Please note defective product is extremely rare, but we stand by products and guarantee them to be the finest quality and superior craftsmanship!

*Money back guarantee: If you pay by check or money order, there is no cancellation fee. CREDIT CARD USERS, when canceling your order there is a 5% cancellation fee if we have already charged your card.

9. What are your payment terms?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or money order.

10. How will you ship my order?

All of the orders are shipped free of charge to the United States or Canada via Fedex. But as for shipment except for the USA or Canada, please contact us for shipping charges.

11. What kind of attachments will come with my lanyards?

There are metal bulldog clip, metal J-hook, metal key ring, metal lobster claw, cell phone loop, metal swivel hook, metal oval hook and water bottle straps. You can choose your favorite one before ordering.

12. How will my lanyards be packaged?

We’ll pack the lanyard 50 or 100 pcs per bag.
